Lowest.

"Unexpectedly so, considering how placid you seemed."

"True enough. But this is the lowest point of my life. Family and health problem, have no degree yet, and I don't know what to feel. I know there are worse thing in the world and I can't compare my situation with another, it's all individual and it's all perception."

"You got a point. There are all kinds of things we have to deal with in life. One thing always seems to connect with another. You try to solve one problem, only to find that another one you hadn't anticipated arises instead. It's not easy to get free of them. That's true for you and for me, too. Just remember okay, you were one of the best in our A-Level batch haha."

"It was different. Haha. Now, if you are smart, you could get 4,0. If you are hard working, you could get the same too. Only if you're smart and hard working, then you could get 1,0. There's only two different classes, pass or perfect. And sometimes the systems could destroy you, of course if you're not fit enough," he continued,"but one thing is perfect, it's all in His plan. I won't be like now if I didn't go through all the difficulties. It was a good thing...I believe."

"You know what, I have been thinking about this for a while. Things have been very easy for us. Excellence by our social standards has been very easy for us to achieve, if not average. Some of us were afraid to take every risks to do something out of norm, why? because they afraid of failure. You, my friend, are different. Some of us weren't brave enough to venture out like you did. We were afraid of leaving the system, the way we brought up in and saying goodbye to such close friends and relatives. We couldn't leave that comfort zone. It's like how hard it is to climb out of a warm bed on a cold winter morning. We came up with all kinds of plausible excuses at the time, but now I see how true this was."

"Thanks, man. I guess, right now we're more like an athlete. My point is that if we are an athlete, we have to learn to be a good loser. Haha."

I tried to read the emotions behind his words, but they were like a formal recitation of an announcement. Maybe he was right, he was on his lowest point.
